This project was the fulfillment of a life-long dream. Thanks to the generosity and graciousness of Cider Mountain Studio, outside Athol, ID, this dream became a reality in October of 2018. Joining God features 7 of my original songs, and 3 beloved cover songs. The themes and styles represented in this debut album represent a great sampling of my heart and journey in music ministry. Featuring all members of my immediate family, my dear sisters who I have sung with for over 30 years, and many dear friends from my church ministry team, this project was a labor of love during an intense season in my life and ministry and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to have this to share forever.

Inspired by the birth of our first grandchild, Henry, born August 13, 2021. Henry was born with a serious heart defect and required open heart surgery on day 3 of his life. The first 3 tracks are Scriptural lullabies that were written to be played and sung over him as he sleeps and heals.

The rest of the tracks are a collection of wordless piano creations to assist you in meditation and reflection to refresh your spirit and soul.

Thanksgiving weekend 2017, I just decided I wanted to at least start on a Christmas project. I got 5 tracks done, so I went ahead and released this shorter project. My goal was to weave familiar choruses, kids songs, or folk songs that thematically blended well with each Christmas Carol. This is just Volume 1, so stay tuned for Volume 2.
